With over 15 years experience as a Radio DJ, Nightclub DJ and event compère, Gavin Wallace has worked for the biggest radio stations in Scotland. A familiar face and voice, Gavin has experience of announcing at major football cup finals and charity running events.
He was introduced as the new stadium announcer at Kilmarnock Football Club for the 2017/18 season. In November 2016 Gavin was the host of the Le Gruyère AOP European Curling Championships at the Braehead Arena.
Gavin started out aged 13, the youngest hospital radio presenter in the UK, at HBSA based at Irvine Central Hospital. Since then Gavin has gone on to present for Heart, Capital, Clyde 1, Central FM, Westsound FM, Tay FM, Northsound and Radio Borders. In 2015 Gavin joined Global owned station Heart where he is a regular on the schedule. He has also worked as Heart’s presenter at most of their outdoor events and is regularly asked to make personal appearances and host events on behalf of radio stations.

Gavin’s nightclub work includes Jumpin Jaks in Glasgow, Club De Mar in Ayr, Expo in Kilmarnock, Sugar Sugar in Kilmarnock and various big venues up and down Scotland, something he loves doing.
He also also been responsible for the opening night of many clubs and bars across Scotland as well.
